- M200 folding mats. These make excellent home practice mats that are suitable for all forms of martial arts. Soft enough to develop your techniques but firm enough to allow you to excel at your particular sport. Most recommended for grappling, throwing and mma. For storage they fold into 2' sections for easy storage. If you have kids they will be the best investment you will ever make. Kids will enjoy them all their lives for building forts, gymnastics, watching TV, safe fighting, playing video games, sleepovers etc etc.
- Puzzle mats. Choose the thickness that is best for you. Most people like the 1 5/8" puzzle mat for it's versatility. Both excellent for grapping and standing sparring. This mat is not the best choice for hard throws. Although suitable for throws it does not have the rebound properties usually associated with a throwing mat. They do however provide an excellent surface for striking practice.
